About The University

MAULANA MAZHARUL HAQUE ARABIC AND PERSIAN UNIVERSITY Patna was established under the provisions of the Bihar notification no. 1998 dated 22 November 2006. The Jurisdiction of the University is whole of Bihar and it is recognized under 2(f) of the UGC Act 1956. The University is enrolled as a member of Association of Indian Universities (AIU) New Delhi with effect from December 2009. CMT is situated at Muzaffarpur.

Students Support Facilities And Co-Curricular Activities

The University is aware of he need that for all round personality development, it is necessary for the student to register their participation in sports, cultural events, social services, debate, elocution contests, seminars and lectures. The University has been organizing these events and our students in 2008-09 have participated in All India Elocution Contest organized by Jamuna Lal Bajaj Sansthan, Wardha, “Eklavya 2008, the Inter University Sports Meet organized T. M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur in February 2009 and Tarang 2009 organized by BRA Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, Tarang 2010m organized by L. N. Mithla Univeristy and in Eklavya 2010 organized by J. P. University, Chapra, several extra-mural lectures, seminars and Training Programmes were organized by the University.
